SINOMEMB(SNBW-XFR) series of ultra fouling resistant membrane elements are the latest development to improve system resistance to organic biological pollution and help solve difficult water treatment problems.Compared with traditional fouling resistant membrane elements, the membrane desalting layer is more uniform and smoother.Elements selected 34 mil wide flow channel and more membrane distribution design, and using the latest design of the eddy current water distributor without dead Angle to achieve ULDO, the system can achieve better water distribution, water can be more evenly distributed to the membrane element of the system, so that the membrane element of microorganism and organic compound fouling resistance ability is stronger, and greatly improve the performance of membrane cleaning to restore.It broaden the application field of membrane elements and prolongs the service life of membrane elements. The advantages of high durability, high organic matter removal rate, high water yield and low energy consumption even under high pollution conditions,make the elements more outstanding in the whole life cycle.

4.1 Brief introduction

SINOMEMB®(SNBW-XFR) series fouling resistant membrane elements are suitable for water supply with salt content below 10,000 PPM and strict pretreatment, but the feed water still contains organic microorganisms and other pollutants.Due to the membrane surface is smooth, good hydrophilicity and close to neutral, widening of the feed water flow and vortex no dead Angle design of water distribution,it greatly reduces the bacteria, microorganisms in the membrane surface adsorption and accumulation, to make it not only has the strong feature of fouling resistant, but also have a more effective recovery after chemical cleaning. The series of membrane element washing time is reduced compared with other series,the reduction can be as high as 40%, which is widely used in various difficult water treatment applications such as recycling of urban sewage and industrial wastewater and near-zero discharge treatment.
