2. Touch screen operation interface: Provides an intuitive and user-friendly human-computer interaction interface, allowing operators to set parameters such as wire collection speed, wire spacing, tension, etc. through the touch screen, and monitor the real-time operation status of the equipment.

1. Loading: Install the empty wire collecting bucket to the designated position of the equipment, pass the film wire through the guide wheel, tension wheel, and guide wheel, and then proceed to the film wire collecting bucket

2. Thread through: Introduce the produced hollow fiber membrane fibers into the winding machine, guide the membrane fibers onto the winding drum through a guide wheel, and fix the starting end.

3. Parameter settings: Set parameters such as wire winding speed and tension on the touch screen operation interface.

4. Start wire winding: Press the start button to start the wire winding machine. The servo motor drives the wire winding drum to rotate, and the tension control system adjusts the motor speed in real time to maintain stable film tension.

5. Monitoring of wire winding process: During the wire winding process, the wire breakage detection device monitors the status of the film wire in real time. Once a wire breakage is detected, an alarm signal is immediately issued and the wire winding machine is stopped.

6. End of wire winding: When the wire winding reaches the preset length, the wire winding machine automatically stops running.

3. Adjustment of wire arranging process: During the wire arranging process, the synchronous control system monitors the speed of the wire collecting machine in real time and automatically adjusts the wire arranging speed to ensure the synchronization between wire arranging and wire collecting.

4. End of wire feeding: When the wire feeder stops running, the wire feeding machine also stops running.
