Operation Guide
During UF system operation, avoid sudden pressure changes during startup, shutdown, operation, or cleaning procedures. Never exceed the maximum pressure limits specified in this manual to prevent:
  • Membrane breakage
  • Seal failure
  • Membrane shell cracking
  • Other serious damage
Our products undergo factory anti-corrosion treatment with membrane wires in semi-dry state. For manual operation:
  • Set water production rate to 50% of design capacity
  • Initial production water must be discharged - not suitable as product water
Product Usage Tips
Proper system startup and regular maintenance are essential for long-term membrane performance. Before operation:
  • Verify all valves, instruments, and pre-treatment equipment meet design specifications
  • Confirm proper function of signal transmission and power equipment
  • Ensure overall system meets safety and quality standards
