Long-Term Solution MBR Membrane for Enhanced UF System Operation
Product Usage Tips
Proper startup, cleaning, and maintenance of the UF system are essential for long-term membrane performance. Before system activation, verify that all valves, instruments, pretreatment equipment, signal transmission devices, and power equipment meet design specifications to ensure safe, stable, and compliant operation. Refer to the product technical manual for system commissioning and testing procedures.
Disclaimer
Failure to adhere to specified operating limits and guidelines voids our limited warranty. When the UF system is inactive, inject protective solution into the membrane module for corrosion prevention to avoid increased maintenance costs from microbial growth.

Operation Guide
During UF system operation, avoid sudden pressure changes during startup, shutdown, cleaning, or maintenance. Never exceed the maximum pressure rating specified in this manual to prevent membrane breakage, seal failure, or housing damage. These products feature factory-applied corrosion protection with semi-dry membrane fibers. For manual operation, set water production rate to 50% of design capacity, with initial output discharged as non-potable water.
