Hollow Fiber MBR Introduction
Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) is an advanced wastewater treatment technology combining high-efficiency membrane separation with biochemical processes. The hollow fiber membrane module performs direct solid-liquid separation in the biochemical pool, replacing traditional secondary sedimentation tanks and achieving effective muddy water separation.
The membrane's high-efficiency retention keeps nitrifying bacteria within the bioreactor, ensuring effective ammonia nitrogen removal while preventing sludge bulking. It retains difficult-to-degrade macromolecular organics and maximizes reactor residence time. MBR technology achieves removal rates of COD≥93%, with suspended solids and turbidity near zero, producing high-quality water suitable for direct reuse.
